Mr Bhavishya Gupta: MS in Real Estate from NYU, USA, has over 15 years rich experience in real estate business especially in land acquisition, local legalities & identification of the right partners for execution of the projects. He keeps himself well versed with the latest developments in the industry & enjoys a great relationship with Real Estate linked consultants globally.
The daily operations are run by a team of professionals having grass root level approach in Real Estate.
All our projects are undertaken by renowned developers in capacity of Development Managers DM /Sweat Equity Partners, wherein financial control is vested with Sensation Group exclusively.
Sensation is always enthusiastic of adapting new technologies & systems for improving all spheres of Real Estate development under it’s umbrella. It has introduced latest building technologies like Liv-Bim for excellent quality and controlled costs into it’s projects. We are also working on saving the environment with Green Solar energy wherever possible.
